SalesLayer provides B2B sales automation tools including LinkedIn outreach automation, CRM integration, and AI-powered message personalization. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service and all applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

SalesLayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
